The best air fryer accessories will always be those accessories that you actually use. But that being said, there are some accessories that are often indispensable to the avid air fryer home chef.

Part of the problem with buying air fryer accessories is that each set of accessories seems to be brand-specific. So if you order the wrong one accidentally nothing will fit. And that’s if you can even find a set for your specific air fryer!

So this list of accessories are sets that we chose specifically to work in most air fryers. These are all smaller accessories that will work in most large or small air fryers.

We will suggest on good set of larger accessories at the end though, for those of you who have the bigger air fryers like we us. But all other sets are chosen specifically for their smaller size so that they will work in almost any air fryer.

BEST OVERALL SET

This set is our favorite for small to medium air fryers. We totally ♥ it!

We love this particular set. It will fit into most air fryers (either basket air fryers or convection oven air fryers), and really opens up the possibilities of what you can do with your air fryer. It takes your air fryer from a snack maker, to a meal maker.

LARGE AIR FRYER ACCESSORIES

If you have a larger air fryer like we do, then you’ll probably want some larger accessories. But we should warn you, larger doesn’t be huge. They are still small accessories because they still have to fit into a small area. They are only larger by about a 1/2 inch in some cases. But it does give you more dish space to fill! This is our favorite set for larger air fryers.

OIL SPRAYERS

Oil sprayers are a wonderful item to have if your kitchen. They work great for general cooking, but are particularly useful with air frying.

This Evo brand has measured spray, so you can gauge with accuracy how much oil you are using. It’s quite difficult to use too much oil if you use an oil sprayer. Remember, air fryers require you to use very little oil. So this is any easy way to do that!

MEAT THERMOMETERS

Every kitchen needs a meat thermometer. You will want one when you air fry to make sure that meats like turkey or chicken reach their proper cooking temperature. We love this one in particular. It’s very affordable, it’s easily calibrated and is very reliable. We have five of them!

VEGETABLE CUTTERS AND PEELERS

We haven’t had this cutter for very long, but we are already in love with how easily it gives us perfectly cut fries (and other veggies!) every single time. Clean up is easy too!

By far, the easiest peeler to use with just about any vegetable is a Y-peeler. We like this one.

PARCHMENT PAPER FOR AIR FRYERS

Air fryer parchment paper can come in super handy and save you a lot of cleaning time. Most brands of air fryers have their own specifically cut parchment paper to fit their air fryers exactly. These two seem to fit several air fryers. They are more of a “generic fit” unless you have the air fryers that these were specifically made for. But we have found that they can be used in several different air fryers. So it’s worth a shot at those affordable prices.

The truth is, any of these air fryer accessories should work well in nearly any air fryer depending on the size of your air fryer. The really important thing is to look carefully at each piece in each set and determine if it’s something you will actually use or not, and choose your set accordingly.

The other accessories are great because you can use them for other cooking or baking as well. So they will never take up wasted space in your kitchen.
